i m a fan of glu in asia lasted for 7years,just get the unfortunate news.

still remember that the first time i listined to glu,there was a hard thing happened to me,the first time that music began to change me inside.my friends felt unbelieveble about this,they couldn't inmagine a girl will be fond of this kinda music.

it was a tape which is of low quality but i treasured up, "live in a so-called space age",will be forever part of my life.

words r so useless,i just dunno how to say ....
i didn't think,i could not think,everything inside me has leave me ,
i know he left me,but prayed not....

its difficult for us of east asian to get glu's more new stuffs.luckly i find this board,hope some one help me to get more Dave's stuffs,i have heard about "up off the floor" before,but dont know what is like,all i possessed of r the 2 albums in 1998,and 2 other single song.

I think maybe if there is something in particular that someone wants, we could forward it, as opposed to giving away the account information, but as for just posting it up, I'm rather against it myself. I still want to help people find david's music, I just don't want another Fiasco, like last time.

I figured I should explain what we're talking about here. We're not being elitist, we're just being cautious because a while back somebody changed the password and we almost lost the whole archive. We want to share, that's why it's there. We just don't want to lose it all again.

okay i disappeared for liek 10 months can someone tell me what this "fiasco" was about

and you guys are gonna get all capitalist with the gmail account? i thought we we all sharing like good communists...hahahahaha!!

someone changed the password, and we didnt have access for a long time, started another account. Then Angela got all hot and stuff and got into the old account and changed it back ::Drool::

why woudl someone do something so dumb? did anyone ever figure out who it was? was it an accident? oh well.

um regarding this... i am seriosuly considering purchasing godlivesunderwater.org (the .net and the .com are registered and wasted) and if i do so i woudl liek to collaborate with all you guy to basically use it as a means to host all those song files mainly for downlaoding and such, since enjoyglu.com already has absolutely everything else. perhaps i would just keep the "Articles archive" i have up on my site, (godlivesunderwater.50megs.com) (ooh shameless self promotion) but yeah i really dont want all this info to die or to fadeaway and we have to resort to web.archive.org ...but i dont want to waste my money either. i dont know. i've been thinkign about ti for a few months. if sometone else rather buy it, i wont fight..i betcha the maintenance fees would drown me...never mind how to handle it if a hacker get in, but whatever. i'll figure it out when i get there. just an idea im throwing around.

and NOBODY F'S WITH THE GMAIL ACCT OR I'LL WRECK YOU!!!!

certain ppl are downloading stuff from there and burning me copies since my dial-up sux.

I've been lurking on this board for a while, but finally decided to register. I'm lucky enough to have downloaded as much GLU as I can find.

Now, here's my question, and I'll try to be vague: Are you all talking about the Gmail thing? If so, I'm already in there, and I've downloaded everything in there that I didn't already have. I can easily see how that could become a 'fiasco' if someone wanted to be a jerk. I'm just grateful that something like that even exists, and it's a positive sign about every user that they all leave it alone.

if not, is there something else that has other material? I'd love to get my hands on everything possible. GLU/David has been a soundtrack to my life for 10 years, and I just want to keep the spirit alive.

i run my own domain and i have an amazing host that is very reasonable. it has a lot of space and more importantly bandwidth which you need when you're hosting big files like mp3s/videos.

yeah!! you shoudl use your site instead of the gmail account...try to upload everything on there, then we wouldnt have to worry about someone dismatling the gmail acct..

Asa if by now you don't have the codes to get in pm me..... Also I tried reaching the people behind this http://members.aol.com/glu2000/glu.html but still I have no answer.... I asked them if I can buy off of them and this is when DR just made the Inside Ep..... I emailed then again a short while after..... No response so far.... But Silver if you can get in touch with any of them and buy them I will gladly help in anyway..... Just ask....
