This weird stalker stuff has now gotten old.
If I was the person running the tribute myspace I'd end it-I feel what you are doing is just fine but if the drama is getting this out of control just drop it and move past this all.
I'm BUMMED too! I pretty much have been trying to keep in contact with the people in charge of DR new album-they all started out saying it will come out. NOW, I've gotten definite word that the album will most likely NEVER EVER see the light of day in the form of a label/booklet release etc.
Anyways...I don;t know who runs the tribute site but I'm just disapointed and going to bed.
I'm tired of fighting.
I fought hard for UOTF to be released and if I can toot my own horn-I know I helped slightly in getting it released (those who know me might agree).
Anyways, How Humans Rx will always be in my dreams-hopefully it will SOMEDAY come out.

yep. i think your post summed everything up. everyone knows where i stand on this, and i know some of you agree with me, so i will say no more on this topic. i think everyone else should do the same and move past it all.

to tell you the truth, I had no idea that there was ANOTHER new tribute site put up. I stopped caring and paying attention after Max called me and left a VERY threatening voice mail on my phone about 3 months ago.

But for anyone who didnt get it, this was Gretchen's message:

Hi, I'm asking that anyone affiliated with Justin/Max, etc. please disassociate yourself from him. Please delete yourself from this site. I simply came on to talk to everyone that is here for a good purpose...David. I am David's sister. Justin/Max has been asked by the family to leave us and David's memory alone. He has refused to do so. These pictures on here depict David's personal life..something he has no right to. I'm asking Justin and everyone on this site to please unsubscribe. Please do not soil David's memory by being a party to this lunacy. Justin/Max was no friend of David's. He was a crazed stalker. I was witness to his madness. This is my plea to any real fans of David. Each person on this site will get a copy of this comment in their inbox. Thank you. Gretchen

I just got off the phone with Gretchen and her final statement about what she wrote is:

take it or leave it, she just needed to state her peace with an ongoing problem with this certain individual. She has tried to stay quiet about him for the last 2 years but I guess some stuff on his page really sent her over the edge.

I dont blame her.

in all seriousness....why just do away with ALL the David Reilly digital memorials, etc.

if the Family wants to do something then obviously they'll have everybody's 100% support here, and if not - i mean, come on, is somebody seriously gonna forget David - i'm not.

to back this up, when I was speaking with gretchen she does not have a problem with any other GLU / DR myspace page...

My opinion is that if its her wishes then so be it... She is the closest one to DR no matter what anyone can say or even try to prove... She is family... And just like my close friend who passed... Anything the family wishes I will agree too... Just out of respect.... So yes I deleted it from my personal page... I still have to dig thru my bands page since it has ALOT of friends on it... And the stupid friend finder doesn't work on that page... I think I might still have him on the Tribute page too... I have to get around on doing all that... lol Either way it will be done...

I finally found a way to erase him from the friends list... lol I had to block him otherwise I would have to go thru 50 pages to look for him... lol
