help with the book please

if anyone has the answers to these questions, or can research the answers and post them here, I need this information for the book and cant really continue right now without it. (I have David's sister helping me too but I thought collectively you guys might be a little faster):

- in David's first band ever, Kan Do Kill, the female singer Linda: what is her last name?

- in the 2 "Heavy" songs, what is the list of instruments David used? Are those real drums or drum machine, real bass or synthed...etc. I need to know what was real and what was programmed

- back in 1996 GLU toured with a live bass player. Even though I hung out with him for a night I cant remember his last name, all I remember was his first name was Dave and he was this big black guy with dreads. Anyone know what his last name was? He was friends with the band and played bass so they took him on the last leg of the Empty tour to see how a live bass player would work out in the songs.

- in 2000 GLU played with a live keyboard player. david introduces him to the crowd in the 07/13/00 show in CA but I cant make out his name. Anyone know what his name was?

David Alverado
he was the bass player on that tour. He was also in their music video for "Don't Know How To Be"

Off the top of my head right now I know the bassist for FLuzee was Melissa Zahnweh.... I still have to look up the rest of the band...
