I merged the screen caps from smell the vapors and the whole thing is damn near perfect, aside from his 'top eight' being a bit smushied. it's kind of obvious what's there though for the most part, and that's not a huge element of it anyway.

There's two versions on there.. they ARE NOT dupes. One is a TIF and one is a JPG... in case you aren't able to view TIFS or something.
