no im not max my name is luke. is there any "legal" way to make a fan page then? i didn't expect to even talk to anyone that knows him much less get over 100 friends and i toped that in a day and a halfasamorris wrote:bobnugget wrote:dude CALM DOWN, i made the myspace page because the other one got deleted and i asked around what happened and no one told me... along with the other David Reilly myspace page. im sorry if i made anyone mad. and i expected you to reply to that message i guess i was working at the moment
well, fellow, when someone asks you something like that, there is usually a reason. as you can plainly see, there was (is). I have accepted the GLU tribute. but, just so you know, putting up actual GLU recordings is illegal. you might want to change that before myspace shuts you down. I have no qualms with you as of the moment, but I do wish you would have at least let me know who you were, so that I did not asume that you were max, which was perfectly plausible.
nope. not with glu anyways.
the only way would be to have a normal page, and add Glu songs to the profile from their site. but, since glu does not have a page, no there is not. You may notice dravens's God Lives Underwater Tribute page has no music. well, it used to. but, he, and we as a collective unit, got bitchslapped into taking it down (no offense randy, but they did). so, short of posting their videos from youtube, they really don't like it on myspace.
hope that helps.
i didn't mean to come off as a prick, but i don't like getting caps locked.

Right, i get your point but if i take down it (music or w/e)than there is no GLU site AT ALL. Thats the whole point. Just to spread around the word/work of a very good band, to get people interested. and i put ""FAN SITE"" on it. people really like it so far. I might hand it over to some one who actually owns the license to the songs once it gets so big. (i own the cd but that don't help much) I really do care and respect David Reilly and glu. your not the only person to contact me about "who are you" and stuff just the other people gave some background info about them selfs first. like max (still don't know to much about him)and some of his family/friends. there is no need to have a big conspiracy. and sorry for caps locking you lol
yeah, god lives websites are just not meant to be. you should have been around for all the times that this one almost went under. like 3 times in the past year alone. I remember a time when godlives websites were everywhere. ohh, the good old days. like 100 years ago. There is still this one (which I include the FTP since it isn't a secret) that holds music, and reference speaking, we have SIlver's still too. and also a wierdo one that stopped operating sometime around '01.
besides, there are on myspace:
David Reilly Memoirs (jawa)
The God Lives Underwater Tribute (draven)
and, ugh,
David Reilly Lives. (max)
so, regardless of the music being on or not, GLU is well taken care of online.
