clear as night

it was so damn painful

Ogre huh? I can see some things in Ogre, but i wouldn't consider him near David. Simply because David writes music. Ogre (and I feel that I do have a right to speak, I have been a Skinny Puppy fan for a long long time) always seems to need someone to write his music. Cevin, Dwayne, Rave, Hiwatt, Mark Walk. I'll give it to you in his lyrics. Yes, Ogre surpassed many a poet there, but as an artist, not so much. Although, maybe I totally misunderstood your stream of conciousness.
