hey, was anyone able to d/l a copy of the "lost" Fluzee track that is on the myspace page? (I think its called R5)

And would anyone be willing to burn it on a cd and send it to me? I am willing to trade some of my rare stuff if anyone has this capability!!! Of if you happen to have everything I have I am willing to send you a free copy of the book when the "promos" go out before its released!!!

I have it. It's only 2.5MB I can email it to you if you like.

I have a whole bunch of other rarities (music and videos) if you're interested. I could send you everything GLU related I have on a DVD (it totals out to about 1.5GB). I also have a DVD of the '98 AZ show.

yes, thank you anyway (and you have sent me the dvd with EVERYTHING on it when I started writing the book, remember? lol)

But it has been taken care of with a little merchandise bartering, shall we say.

asa,... I know i'm not the only one out here who could be classified as a lurker, but we are still out here. I check this board almost daily just like i did the old board when GLU was still GLU (and might be GLU again). I remember the "original" up off the floor artwork, and the versions that aren't on the CD. I remember when David (the pioneer) checked in regularly and kicked our a$$e$ when we needed it and apologized when he needed to. (and sometimes when he didn't) I remember David e-mailing or IM'ing any of us when he had something to say because of something we said or didnt say that needed to be cleared up. I remember waiting days and even weeks to hear from him in any form just to know he was still alive and being so happy to hear that someone did talk to him and he was (kinda) ok. I remember loving him and hating him in the same day. I remember all that and more. Having said all that,...you gotta know this board is gonna die. I don't want it to happen either, but there are just so many times I, or anyone, can check back in again and see that nothing new is gonna happen. I want him back. I want him to do all the things he was supposed to do. All the things he coulda done if life was fair. Everybody i turn on to him and/or GLU loves him/them. How could they not have gotten to where they should have been? How could there be so few of us that know how good they were? I just don't understand...

wow. that became a sort of rant. at first i thought you were yelling at me. then i realized maybe not.

this board has had it's fair share of slum points. i know. on the last board, me and draven were the only ones on it for like three months once. got my post count up to like 2000 on that one, but then the boards switched again.

i know it will die eventually, but lets keep our fingers crossed. as long as there are people who love glu, or who will love glu, there needs to be a place for us. it is not time for it to die yet. just think, when (if) davids record comes out, or a new WaW record, this board will be up and hopping again.

I'm actually hoping that when the book is released in May that it will spark conversations on this board too... I would love to hear what people have to say about it; good or bad after they read it and I'm hoping having something new GLU released (even if it is a book written by me) it will spark life here again...

I think that the book will definitely get some life back to this board... Right now I think everyone is in a slump with record being on hold and having no news update on it either... But right now I am looking forward to the book... :D
