too expensive to place a cover on a record, and choirboy wasn't as thick as the rest of the record?

Fame had already been on the 15 minutes soundtrack...and they liked the number 10 better?

Choirboy was sold to EMI and they didn't have the rights by the time they were going to release UOTF......

e-mail from David to me after discussing the dropping of the 2 songs (the answer is as simple as being outvoted):
choir boy and fame omitted due to votes. i voted keep
em, gary and jeff voted, nix em. the end. i actually
dont feel one way or the other at this point. Perhaps
they can get released later in some other format.
