I have about 200 people who have pre-paid for the Tribute CD ALL OVER THE WORLD... so you are incorrect about the only people caring are the people putting it out. Thats another reason why I asked you NOT to upload the songs... these people have already paypaled us for the CD, I am not in the position to start refunding people their money weeks before its finally gonna come out because they tracked down the songs online for free.
I know this is fursterating, hell I'm the one who has to keep answering all of these e-mails from people who have already dug into their pockets for the CD... you think THATS fun? I'll start sending you the e-mails and you can start answering them.

i haven't uploaded anything yet because i like to hear your opinion and opinions of others.
personally i don't see how 14 low bit rate (mysapce quality) mp3s even compare to cd quality.
take DR unreleased cd for example, if you think #### myspace tracks on the ftp would prevent future album sales why are they still available? its met to be just a taste of whats to come, not to prevent someone from actually buying the album ONCE it comes out.
I might sound like an ass saying this, but is not my fault you went head and and took orders for unreleased work. I get it you pair it with your book hoping to make a little side money and publicity. Seemed harmless at the time but it just happened to blow up, its as simple as that.
HOWEVER this conversation is starting to sound like i'm fighting with the RIAA. Non of the artists i know are making any money off it, its supposed to go to David's nephew's collage fund right? by that i mean, what kind of piece of mind do i get for hours of hard work (for FREE) just to see it sit on a shelf for years because someone else wants to sell it?

Randy's response:
Brian,
Sorry been busy at work... Chris and I are still working with the printing place the booklet itself since they gave a hard time to Luke before... But the tribute will be out by June of 2009... I will give you a definite date once Chris gives it to me...
