The promo copy sounds fine. Megaforce remastered the album and there is a major flaw in the mastering. This is what David is talking about. There is no point in suing, David didn't make hardly anything and their contracts were sold and resold. He didn't have the money and it would just tie it up for years. Pretty much he just didn't promote it because it got jacked up.
